Specific products qualify for free shipping direct from manufacture. It is the choice of manufacturer as to which freight line is most affordable. A specific requested freight line will disqualify you from the free shipping and normal freight charges will apply.
Any visible damage to the product or its container that is apparent at the time of delivery must is the responsibility of customer to claim with freight company. It is the freight companies’ responsibility to pay customer for lost or damaged goods not the responsibility of Emotorsupply.com. It is our recommendation that you take photographs of damage and have driver document all damage. Your driver should be responsible for starting the claim process.
It is at the sole discretion of Emotorsupply.com to decide if a product may be returned.
- It is not the responsibility of Emotorsupply.com to ensure that the customer has purchased the correct product. We will make every attempt possible to assist in making the correct choice but the final decision is that of the customer authorizing the purchase.
- It is not the responsibility of Emotorsupply.com to prevent accidental duplicate purchases made by the customer. We will make an attempt to make contact if a problem is noticed but it may not be caught.
An eligible product may be returned with 30 days of order. The following must be true in order to be eligible for return. If a product does not meet the follow it can not and will not be returned.
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must not have been installed or had anything affixed to it
- Product must be free of damage and blemishes
- Packaging must be in original condition free of damage such as (knife marks, tears, water damage, dissimilar packaging tape, holes, or any other noticeable damage)
- Package must include any supporting literature that was included
Once an order is placed it may not be possible to cancel the order before it is shipped. Contact email@example.com as soon as possible if you would like to stop an order. Orders that have shipped will not be canceled. Any credit card transaction fees associated with the order will remain and will not be refunded.
The customer is solely responsible for all shipping expenses on returned items unless previously arranged with Emotorsupply.com. Products will only ship by Emotorsupply.com approved methods. DO NOT ship any returns without the permission of Emotorsupply.com. Shipping costs are non refundable.
All approved returns may see up to a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee is dependent on multiple factors and will be assessed by Emotorsupply.com at the time of return approval.
All products sold by Emotorsupply.com are eligible for its respective manufactures warranty which only apply to manufacturing defect. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any information regarding manufacturers warranty. If seeking warranty through Emotorsupply.com the product must be inspected by us at our location. All shipping cost associated with warranty inspection will be paid by customer which is non refundable and will not be covered under warranty. Any attempt to disassemble product will void warranty.
As an alternative to shipping the motor to us, Emotorsupply.com can assist you in finding a local warranty facility who would gladly assist you.
Hidden Damaged Goods:
Products that are damaged in box but show no physical damage to container need to photographed and documented with Emotorsupply.com within 5 days of delivery or we are unable to help. See Shipping Policy for goods damaged upon arrival.
